PERCEPTION / PRESENTATION

To see the structure in things.

Visualisation should reveal relationships, not merely decorate a report.

01 / THE SUBJECT

From renderer-neutral user interfaces to 3D observation and scientific explanation, visualisation in Alchemy is an act of making evidence legible.

01 / 03

The interface is not the truth

Wire UI separates semantic application state from its rendering. A browser, a native desktop renderer or another access point can display the same meaningful application elements without becoming their owner.

  • Wire semantic components
  • Versioned interaction definitions
  • Native and browser projections

Spatial worlds and live observations

Wire3D and related visualisation work explore geometry, movement and observation. Viewpoints are useful when they disclose provenance, timescale and coordinate semantics rather than pretending all data belongs to one flat picture.

  • 2D/3D spatial reasoning
  • Event and timeline views
  • Traceable observations

Designed for people and agents

An interface may be visual for a person or semantic for a machine. Both must preserve the same application authority, admissible actions and evidence of what was actually presented.

  • Accessible progressive presentation
  • Intentions and action boundaries
  • Renderer-neutral state
